Karena & New Star girl body

Karena has been released along with the new Star girl body now. I was very eager to see the new body, so much so that I had expected to see one last year already. I have been hoping to add a bigger, more voluptuous girl to my collection and had been eyeing Iplehouse SID and new YID girls for that already. Knowing my fondness for Impldoll sculpts though I wanted to wait and see what they come up with.

The Idol girls have just been too large for my taste, so regardless of the fact that I loved some of the Idol girl sculpts, like Delia, Deborah and Azalea. I would not want a girl bigger than 65cm though, so I the idea of a new Star girl with the Idol aesthetic did appeal to me.

So, now to the actual release.... The new Star girl body seems to be closest in size to Iplehouse EID ladies, but a bit slimmer and taller. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked, but I'm thinking a match with an Idol guy would be great. She would dwarf the new Star lads though! LOL! I was somewhat disappointed to notice, the new star girl body did not have it's own flavour, so to speak. It's in shape very similar to the Idol girl body, only with shorter legs and a little bit smaller bust. The arms are it's weakest point. They seem dispropotionately long to the rest of the body strangely and the hands could look slightly more feminine to my taste as well. It also did not it have any bust option choices, that I think many people would be have been wanted to see.

Karena herself then is pretty enough as a sculpt. The animalistic furry effect on the forehead does not work quite as well on her as it does on the majesticly beastly Chad in my opinion, but I can imagine a good many people going for her. The sculpt is feminine and lovely in both it's human and fantasy versions. She does not have the charisma or the personality of some of the older Impldoll girls for me though, so she will not be a threat to my wallet.
