DZ Minas & Riven head box opening

Dollzone parcel arrived! My long awaited Minas and Riven head arrived today. My event doll Big Dipper and the wig I ordered were not there. My dealer will send them to me later as they were missing from the shipment they received. A bit of a bummer, but oh well, I thrilled enough to get my hands on my peculiar girlies.

My Minas is in WS and came with face-up ( Ok, yeah, pretty obvious from the photos). Riven head is blank and I'll be working on it on my summer holiday then. The two sculpts are quite similar, so I'll be wanting to cook up a bit of a different look for Riven. At the moment I'm thinking something along the lines of an albino African girl, but remains to be seen what happens. Minas's face-up is lovely! I'm very happy with it. I was surprised to find she had applied lower lashes! I love them! I'm totally mesmerized by this aesthetic and these girls will be such fun to style and photograph. :D

Minas's body is a superb poser!! It's hands down the best 1/3 girl poser I have right now. Only my Souldouble male body beats it. The neck was the only problem really. I had to put a neck donut into enhance the forward tilt.

The torso joint works fabulously, the entire body holds beautifully into pretty much any pose. The sculpting is beautiful and delicate... I'm very pleased!! Very very pleased!

The one major surprise about this body was that it's tall! I expected a 58cm girl, but it is way closer to 60cm. I haven't measured it properly yet, but this girl totally dwarfed my 62cm Soren.
