Gretl hits the town in dolly style...

I've been watching the Swedish heats for the Eurovision Song contest (Melodifestivalen) on TV for the part 4 weeks. Last week's heat had a silly girl band called Dolly Style, where three pretty girls were dressed like dolls. One of them had a blue wig, that inspired this look for Gretl. ;) In case you're wondering why I'm watching the Swedish candidates instead of those of my own country... well, it's just much more rewarding to be on the winner's side (=Sweden's!) Hehe! They win like every other year anyway... Dolly Style band however will not make it to the Eurovisions. My money is on one of these three rather: Wiktoria David Lindgren Robin Bengtson

New face-up and blushing

Here's a proper photo of my little Impldoll Baby Aiden who came as the event gift doll with my Star girl order. He only got a face-up and blushing 2 months later, because I'd been busy with the Mirodoll promo photos and my own Star girls. I also detest doing the blushing, so I put it off longer then normal. I think he turned out pretty cute in the end. Only problem was I already had to patch up his right hoove, because it got banged up when I was re-installing Aiden's head on the body. Oh well, gotta play carefully with him now!

New DZ outfit

My Dollzone Raymond got his first fine outfit from Dollzone last week. I've had this boy since spring 2013, and I always intended for him to get plenty of fancy outfits. I promised him Dollheart and Sadol outfits and what not when he came... sadly, this here, 3 years later, is the first full outfit he's ever gotten. I've been so bad. I'm hoping to finally make it up to him this year! This outfit is by DZ and their new 72cm doll Robin's full set outfit that can be bought separately too. I'm pretty pleased with it. It's very much my Raymond's style. The pants are the only part that aren't as cool as I'd hoped. They're lacking in detail compared to the rest of it, but it did come with all those fun accessories though. Only the hat and shoes weren't part of it.
