Angelsdoll Comparison

Angelsdoll just released a handsome 70 scale body and a new boy called Evan last week. He's a fine piece of male resin and very temptingly priced at the moment too, but I was a bit concerned about the measurements. He's said to tower at 74,5cm and he's definitely a big boy all around. My largest dolls are at the moment the 70-72cm Impldoll Idol lads. In order to determine whether I might be able to even consider adding this new AD boy to my collection, I needed to see him next to a regular sized BJD.

As I already acquired Yul and Flora from Angelsdoll back in August, I asked them if they could snap a photo of their 60cm girl next to this new beastie boy. They were quick to agree and told me I'd get one after the weekend and sure enough, on Monday morning I had a mail waiting from them with a picture attached. I got a permission to share the comparison photo here on my blog as well. So, courtesy of Angelsdoll, here's a pic of 74,5cm Evan next to 60cm Flora:

He is BIG! I do like very much how he looks, but he is BIG. Hehe! I'll now have to take a pic of my girl Flora next to my biggest guys and compare to see just how much of a mammoth is this bloke. Would he fit into any of the Idol/EID sized clothes? (I'll update here when I got the info!)

I hope others will get some kind of an idea of this guy's proportions from this pic too.
