Mirodoll Loot

I got a funfunfun parcels from Mirodoll today!!! One contained my new beautiful burnt sugar Sally in her 62cm height with the big bust. Then in the other 2 parcels there were some dolls/heads Miro has asked me to do face-up designs for, as well as style and photograph for their website. They include Jared head, full 1/4 boy Peng and the heads of Polly and Candy. There's included a yet to be released 1/4 head that I'm keeping as a secret for now. ;) There was also the 1/4 girl body and 1/6 baby body that have been since pulled from the market and will not be used in promos or sold by Miro. I will just keep them for my personal use. I usually get to keep the promo dolls then as a compensation for designing the face-ups, the photos/editing, the materials I use for the works, import taxes that I pay for them and such. :D

Here's my gorgeous 62cm burnt sugar Sally!! I love this sculpt so much!! The girl has some sanding dust and marks as I'm used to expecting from Miro's coloured dolls, but I can easily fix that with a bit of wool polishing. She will be awesome. I love this new darker burnt sugar tone. It's a warm dark tan colour with a strong reddish undertone, which will photograph fantastically! :D I'm well pleased with my girl!

Here's the other full doll from the parcel, still in two pieces though: a super lovely 1/4 boy, Peng! I'm loving him!! What a beautiful sculpt this one is too. He will be fun to work on. The body is very nice too. I'll just re-string it and it will be great.

Here are all the heads: Candy and Peng up top, Jared and Polly in the bottom row.

Here's how Jared looks on the Mirodoll 66cm body:

I quite like this combination! He looks handsome and realistic of his features. He has a bit of Sly Stallone look and he might be awesome with a big of a border shouldered and more muscular body too. His neck hole would need to be modded though to fit the Miro 72cm hulk of a body and I don't know if it still would work. This head-neck combo is fine.

Once I get them re-strung and face-ups done, after I do some posing and range of motion testing, I'll have a better idea about them. I'll write some more reviews on them then. :)
