Too Much Excitement... for one little Holly!
My 1/6 Goodreau Holly had an exciting day yesterday. Among other things, she was in a dog's mouth.
Yes, that happened. I went on my usual hike in the forest yesterday morning, but I decided to pack Holly, Mr Mouse and my camera in a backsack in case I'd find good photo locations. I found a nice patch too well away from the trail and settled down to taking some pics, when I was snuck up on by a very excited and playful, full grown German Shepherd. I had time to pick Holly up, but the doggy snatched her right off of my hands by her legs. Luckily it was a sweet dog, held Holly gently in his mouth and let go of her immediately when I grabbed him by the collar and told him off. In the hassle I dropped my camera (without the lense protector on!!!), but by some miracle it landed on my backsack and escaped unharmed, as did dear Holly. My heart did skip several beats in the process, but the dog and I parted as friends in the end. LOL! ;)
It's been amazingly beautiful out there lately and I had promised my friend Looloo to take more photos outdoors this winter. So here are some of my latest pics from the winter wonderland. Here's Mirodoll Annie in the snowy garden dressed all in white:
And here's Mirodoll Yaya "kitteh" climbing up a tree...
Mirodoll requested this set of photos of Yaya for their website, so I edited these for them with the Mirodoll logos. They might appear on their website sometime later. ;)
